I am looking for info on how to config my z axis for my plasma table. I have PlasmaC setup and when i try to home it drives down into the table and ignores my float switch, i also think i have my home switch set wrong. I have a limit switch set about 2.5 inches above the table on my z axis that is set as home. This is wired as input 7 on my mesa card, i have my float switch setup as input 8 on my mesa card. I just want it to run to my upper limit input 7 when i home and then when it starts to run the program in position then go to the float poistion. Is this incorrect? If not how do i set this up? I have included my updated ini and hal files. Thanks for any help.

Z axes are more negative moving down, so your HOME and HOME_OFFSET should be around 3.00, depending on the relationship of your home switch to your MAX_LIMIT. Your MIN_LIMIT should be below the top of the slats.

Also make sure that when you press the button to jog Z in the minus direction it does move down.
