oval instead of a circle was created by rafaello
in order to align the axes I edited the SCALE parameter in the my-machine.ini file. but after that, instead of a circle, an oval was milled. The difference in diameter at a size of 160 mm is 3 mm. Moreover, this difference is only diagonally, along the axes everything is exactly in the size of 160mm. Can the axes be corrected in another place?
in the attachment my configs. I specially cut the cardboard to eliminate backlash of the machine
[AXIS_0]
SCALE = -228.5
[AXIS_1]
SCALE = -229.4

Is it using belts on the Y axis ?
Seems like a +-1mm slop in Y.

If the oval major/minor axis are aligned to the diagonal
rather than X or Y, that suggests that your X/Y axis are
not square (not at 90 degrees)

exactly! you're right! at a length of 30 cm, the drift towards the axis turned out to be slightly more than half a centimeter.
I have already aligned the Y-axis a bit (by eye) and the difference in the size of the circle has decreased from 3 to 1 mm. I think that it is necessary to make 90 degrees more precisely and then the problem will go away completely

Mark out the largest square that your machine travels can support. (You don't have to mill the square, just mark the corner points.) Measure the diagonals. Add just the the X Y angle until the diagonals between the corners measure as close to equal as you can measure.

Or use a large square and a dial indicator.
First set the square on the bed parallel to X, then lock it down and adjust the Y to be parallel to the other side of the square.
One of these would be ideal.
