Try this for 19.3:

Be aware that if you intend to use QT-anything, use the 19.3 as 20 will not work (or it will after several hours of chasing gremlins). And 19.3 takes about 20 minutes in total besides downloading the ISO. Took under 4 minutes on a new Ryzen PC !
