Oh yes, as PCW suggested me for another request I switched to velocity mode to manage the extruder.
As soon as I will try to interrupt a print and restart I will check if the problem will be solved or not with this change.
I didn't get the point of the retraction. In velocity mode, going backwards is not admitted?
Anyway also in position mode I didn't understand why the extruder value was going over the g-code commanded value if it was before.
It remain a mystery. As soon as I will meet this event I will take a video to show what happen clearly.

If you change the stepper scale with a lot of steps in the accumulator then the apparent position will change a lot. `reported position is just steps * scale.
But if you have touched-off to the position then I have to say that I don't know what the problem could be.
