It means you are not using a new enough version of LinuxCNC for the 7I95
The 7I95 needs LinuxCNC 2.8.1 or greater

Could you please write the steps with commands to upgrade from 2.8 to 2.8.1?
I am using LinuxCNC 2.8.0 Debian 10 Buster PREEMPT-RT ISO.

Maybe try to add port 80 to your url:
As suggested here:

[edit]
I'm actually not sure this is even important at all. Have you tried to proceed with the other commands regardless of this error?

If you already have 2.8.0 then you shouldn't need to do anything much to upgrade.
In fact it _should_ be automatically offered as an update.
Open the Synaptic Package Manager, search for LinuxCNC, mark it for upgrade and then click "apply"
