No stepper movement

Hi thanks for you help to date. I have tried different combinations and the ones you suggested and moved the card to a different slot. I have measured the voltage out of the bob and am not getting a feading at the pull - and direction - not sure if this is correct or not. I will try a different computer and cable next week to at least discount the computer or cable as the problem. I will let you know the outcome

Not but intend to check the voltage out of the parallel port and make sure i get a read at the end of the cable as well
