2 probe inputs not working

Hi everyone-

Well I thought I had this figured out, but somehow I can't get the signals from two probes to both trigger motion.probe-input.

Note: tlp = tool length probe, wtp = wireless touch probe...both of which work separately when only one is connected to motion.probe-input, but not when both are as follows:

net tlp hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.input-18 or2.0.in0
net wtp hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.input-19 or2.0.in1
net probes or2.0.out gladevcp.probe_led motion.probe-input

The hal meter shows or2.0.in0 and or2.in1 doing the right things, but or2.0.out never changes. (maybe I have a defective or gate?

I'm pretty sure that I understand the setup of the or2 gate, and that the basic hal syntax is right. But obviously I must be overlooking something or I wouldn't be posting....!

So what you're saying is: like all the other logic gates and so forth that I have throughout my hal file....the or2 gate has to be attended to by linuxcnc to work? What were the odds!!!

If I had another brain, it would be lonely!!!!!!
