As I know in new artcams, starting from 2018 ( when Autodesk bought it) it made postprocessor specially for linuxcnc.
Look in list of postrpocessors and you'll find "linuxcnc tra-ta-ta.*"
This postprocessor eccepts toolcahnge and circle movements.
