Hi,
error reason is here.
file: -> ./Pendant.hal:22: addf requires at least 2 arguments, 1 given
But your config file order looks little confused. Take a look that all your config files are correct in ini.
ini order:
[HAL]
HALUI = halui
HALFILE = New_Mill_.hal
HALFILE = custom.hal
HALFILE = vc-p2s.hal
POSTGUI_HALFILE = postgui_call_list.hal
POSTGUI_HALFILE = vc-p2s-postgui.hal

ini looks now clear but base hal file now is missing
[HAL]
HALUI = halui
HALFILE = Pendant.hal
HALFILE = custom.hal
And error is still in file Pendant.hal line 22. Could you show that file?

Thanks Andy,
I added "addf mux4.0 servo-thread" and got the below error. I commented out line 52 of my custom hal file and Linuxcnc loaded. Any idea on what i need to fix? BTW, I did not have any pendant control after linuxcnc loaded but I think that is going to be another adventure.

Thank you!
I was missing a space in line 52. Linuxcnc now loads and I have movement with the pendant. However, when I turn the MPG wheel all the axis move at the same time and I only have one size step no matter where I turn the selectors to. I really appreciate all the help getting me to this point.

Just a quick thank you to Chris and Andy for helping me get my pendant setup. Your help is very much appreciated! My only other issue was that I mixed up a pink and purple wire when I was wiring my aviation plug. All is now working as it should. Have a great weekend.
