Hi all,

I cant run machine faster than 10m/min. At slow speed all is good, but about speed 10m/sec
suddenly possition command doing wildly strange behaviour. Look at the picture. There is two lines. Blue is possition command from linuxcnc and red line is possition feedback. Problem is that this strange behaviour detect my amplifier and give me error and stop axis.

I can upload ini and hal configuration.

Any suggestions? Thanks Michal

Is it possible you got a following error from LinuxCNC at the glitch?

Looks like a large position error even before the glitch

Ahoj,
More info, what drives, how are they controlled, is the loop closed in the drives or LinuxCNC, what version of LCNC, etc etc ?

Yes, it looks like LinuxCNC detected a following error and shut down the machine. At that point position-command is set equal to position-feedback.

a following error fits. linuxcnc will stop and turn the servo off with an explicit "following error on joint" message. did it?
