VFD Analog outputs to Mesa 7i77 analog inputs

Hello everybody,

I would like to know how to wire the analog output, from my VFD, to the analog inputs (Pins 0-3, TB8) on the Mesa 7i77 card.  I am trying to monitor the VFD's output current.

I have attached a pdf diagram of my VFD.  The analog output (AM & AC, 0-10V) can be located on the lower right side of the attached diagram.

Would this be the correct way?

AM to Pin 0 on TB8
AC to Pin 6, 7, or 8 on TB2

The reason I am concerned is because the field power for TB8 is currently wired for 24VDC.

Lastly, can the 7i77 read pulse train (Output MP)?  If so, how would I wire it to the 7i77?

That looks OK

You can read a pulse frequency on a free encoder input
(connect to 'A' input and set encoder to counter mode)
