Hi.
Not sure what I'm missing here, and I could not find a solution on the forum yet....
Running 2.7.15 with Axis on a slant bed CNC lathe, I tried adding BACK_TOOL_LATHE =1 in the DISPLAY section of the ini file, but it does not seem to make any change on the backplot display in Axis. The x axis points downwards either way.
Any suggestions would be welcome...

For a back tool lathe in Axis you need both LATHE = 1 AND BACK_TOOL_LATHE = 1 in the [DISPLAY] section.

HI
Yes, i have both lines in the DISPLAY section, see attached.
I checked the sim as well, added only "BACK_TOOL_LATHE = 1" to the display section of the sim and get the same result - no change

Hi. It doesn't work in 2.7.15. that may be the issue. I'll update to 2.8 and report back

Don't overwrite your original system 2.8 is very different from 2.7. You may want to go back until you iron out the details.
