Master moved to Python 3 from yesterday.
No time to check anything for now, sorry.
If you must go back to a working config/machine, download the deb from the buildbot:
 buildbot.linuxcnc.org/dists/buster/master-rtpreempt/
This is the latest build that worked, anything above it will use Python 3.

Nativecam needs to upgrade to GTK3

gtk2 is end of life, and I announced this change to happen on this date
on the ml about 2 months ago, and I worked on this for over a year.
there were no objections.

sourceforge.net/p/emc/mailman/message/37303177/

all code is gtk3 only now.

I thought it was nativecam and gtk2/3

.... I have not loaded Gmoccapy without nativecam.... so think it's just nativecam (which I do like and find very useful for simple chained operations)
