High Latency

So I'm new to linuxcnc, and just a hobby machinist. I just installed Linux cnc 2.8.2 with buster base. "uname - r = 4.19.0-17-rt-amd64. I have a 6 core pc up for the job(old). It has a AMD FX(tm) 6100 cpu 6 core with an ASUS M5A78L-M LE motherboard. I have tried using isolcpus=1 and muti core too.... But the latency is still in high(in millions). I have mesa 6i25-7i77-7i84 combination for my cnc mill.i have read a few threads but i still don't clearly know What features should I turn off in bios? And how can i reduce the latency? 

Turn OFF all virtualization and power management, speed stepping, speed boost etc etc

i removed the graphics card. and the problem was solved. thanks a lot.
