"mesa 7i96" purchase problem

Yesterday I used my Chinese bank card to purchase the "7i96" control board on the "mesa" website, but the website prompts that my bank card number is invalid. I don't know if I can use a Chinese bank card to make the purchase.

I sent two emails to the sales staff of "mesa", but did not get any reply. I feel that the website of "mesa" is very old and I don't know if it is still working.

No, I don't think we accept Chinese credit cards.
We have had many orders from China but these are to OEMs
and payment was done by wire transfer
