Really not sure why you _keep_ insisting on opening new threads for every new question about this topic. It's just a nuisance and makes no sense at all.
Anyway I would think the units to be the same as your machine units defined in your ini. I don't see why you couldn't use four decimal places in the comp file.
Mind you, it would very much depend on your application whether such resolutions actually made any sense at all.
