I use Inkscape on my machines, I want to alter the file with the default document properties. I can’t seem to find it though

File menu, document properties.
But to have those changes persistent you have to save an empty page with all the changed properties, then copy that file to the Inkscape folder (requires sudo).
On the phone so can not point ot exact folder.
