I would say wrong cabling...
It seems the Relais is switching it's power off itself.

I think you are right, I am using the wrong pins for my type of bob. I randomly assigned the spindle, and pwm pins while, the should be bob specific.
but I can not get my voltmeter to read a value in the 0-10 vdc output pins from the bob.
I want to feed that signal to the spindle.
Thanks
Philip

Now I am able to get voltage out of the 0-10vdc pins (pwm signal must outputs to pin p01 in my bob, because internaly pin 01 is connected to the 0-10 through whatever circut that generates the 0-10 volts and linuxcnc stepconf wizard defaults pin01 for estop-out. I fixed that)
I will be looking now for calibration, I mean the place where I set my 100%(10 volts) because now it tops at 2000 rpm
Edit : I already set the min, and max speed to the min and max voltage. Every thing working fine.
Now it is time to wire the vfd to the bob. I will wire the M03, and 0-10 volt, and the ground. nothing else. No need for M04 at this time.
