Jak sprzężyć enconder i RS485

Witam wykonałem enkonder( faza A faza B i INDEX) który działa mi tylko gdy załączam obroty recznie z falownika, potrzebuje sprzężyć(ustawić) to z RS 485 proszę o wskazówki jak mam to ustawić w linuxcnc.
Gdy mam ustawioną konfigurację po przez RS485 i podłączony enconder i włączę gwintowanie noż mi nie trafia dopiero gdy wyłącze sterowanie RS485  i załącze obroty recznie na falowniku robi mi poprawnie gwint.
