We are finally getting this linux set up going, rather trying to.
I have a windows PC and Mach3 next to the linux cnc pc.
I configure pins exactly as the windows pc, which operates well, and yet the linux one does not. X and A axis operate though we are struggling to get the A rotation calibrated. Neither relays operate at all.
I'm back to the mind boggled state.

I have written a macro for Mach3 and yesterday it successfully achieved what I was after.
I can see in my minds eye a raspberry pie running tiny linux rather than a full size PC with periferals. I am however closing this long open tab.
Thanks for your help Andy.
