Sir,
I am configure mesa 7i96 (LinuxCNC 2.8.0 Debian 7 Wheezy RTAI) in linuxcnc pincconf wizard after completing wizard after than i start it than i found error LinuxCNC_machine_mill.hal:9: Can't find module 'hm2_eth' in /usr/realtime-3.4-9-rtai-686-pae/modules/linuxcnc

Mesa ethernet cards require PREEMPT_RT kernel. DO you have it?

LinuxCNC 2.8.0 Debian 7 Wheezy RTAI cannot run mesa 7i96 card

You may consider updating to the current iso. of Debian Buster with Linuxcnc . Put it on a separate drive so if you don't like the result you can revert
back to the old system.  I believe the default Linuxcnc kernel is PREEMPT_RT .

Yes it is.
You will need to update to the latest ISO which is based on Buster
