It will tend to depend on what proportion of the time the A axis speed is the limiting factor.
It would be interesting to convert the same G-code to G93 and see what happens.

I will do that and update the result.
Actually using the same G code with G93 causes error in some cases as F number is not generated in a few lines. However, I will manually put some F number and run the same Gcode. I hope the manual editing in a few lines only will not introduce much error.

Today I tested the program with G93 Inverse feed (G94 & G93 gode files attached).
Timing:
