how do I set a machine x zero to be middle of drill in tool 2 so it x0 is center a chuck and tool 2 .

what screen and version of linuxcnc are you using?

Yes have a tool table..
I don't need g55 or all the others as its only a lathe. Is there any way to remove them and just see one.?
Currently I have no limit switches
