You are using a bit out of date Gmoccapy version. Maybe upgrading solves the problem. Current Gmoccapy version of LinuxCNC 2.8.4 is 3.1.3.8.

Thanks, it's really the problem of the old version Gmoccapy I had before, After upgrading to version linuxcnc2.8.4, Gmoccapy version was also upgraded automatically, the previous problem of the incorrect z-tool length offset value after tool probing disappeared.
However, the problem of wire ethernet connection problem still happens, I mean the internet one, while local connection with Mesa card is ok, I did all the possible actions which included what the above replies and corresponding links said, that is the installation the said new Network Manager and removing the wicd one, but all attempts failed.
The main problem may be the dual boot system one with Windows 7 in my computer. Some times later, I may convert it to only Linux boot one, For the time being, I give up the possession of internet connection ability, that is no further updating the software once in while. Wicd is still in use. I will focus in doing my toolchanger programming. For the other problems that I faced in that program, I will post them seperately

A workaround for networking with a Mesa ethernet card might be a USB-Wifi adaptor.
Or it might have exactly the same problem.
