Axis Display with reduced information was created by Wusel
With my latest project, a Luxturn converted to LinuxCNC now almost completed, I would like to reduce the information on the display. I am using the axis display in lathe configuration. Since I only program in Diameter mode I want to eliminate the radius . Moreover I am not interested in the distance to go dtg numbers neither in the A-Axis angle since the a-axia is the tool changer. So all I want to have left on the display is X, Z.
How would I do this?

A lot of stuff can be enabled and disabled from the view menu, did you try that?

AXIS GUI,
file, machine, view, help <<< those are drop down menus.
Top left corner, not sure about the order though.

thanks, I managed to take at least a few information off the screen. The radius and A-axis display remain as unwanted information but it is already much cleaner than before

What type of tool changer?
I have the changer with it's own component so no axis shown.
Radius and perimiter i would leave, it is a nice reminder not to mess up!

When you feel like taking on a chalenge, give the carousel component a try, it is made by Andy for all kinds of tool changers.
