Unable to get my 3 axis milling/ drilling machine working with linux CNC was created by theiyer
I am a complete newbie to linux. We have our own cards made to work with windows and Mach3.
Just as research, I was finding ways to expand, and came across Mach3, its 5-axis BOB, and found it on forums that it works well with linuxCNC as well.
So, I gave it a go. I installed Debian buster, and got started. I got the simulation to run. But its not working with the board and the machine.
I went through the forum and installed the RTAI kernel. But, still no joy. Not sure what I am doing wrong. If someone could point me to the right thread to complete the configuration, it would be great.
Thank you.

Do you have any error reports? (you can press a button on the report dialog to get a fle to attach here)
Is your card a "dumb" card which simply breaks-out and amplifies logic-level signals or does it run an onboard interpreter (like GRBL or similar)
