Hi Andy, yes i have velocity-fb and rpm-fb enco 00 and01 i will try to use drv 02 and 03 for create synthetic dac but need 6v at 1000rpm , the ball screw its 10 mm with 55 thts and motor have 22 teth encoder 2000 ppr max rpm 2000 rpm but i think need to modify the scale for adjustement, i need to make some search in the fanuc book , found what voltage have(how can found it on the drive), but now the mdi and automatic mode on the machine it's dead, i will check if my cycle start button it's dead or the control , now it's little bit more hard, i make cable to check the data on my spindle drive, i will try to command the spindle with 1.5 v batterie, i will go dissambly the cover , need acces to chuck side it's pressure switch or another thing, spindle have resistance break and brake disk, for the fb velocity it's reel speed output (inches /sec) and rpm (rpm motor) the encoder in ppr.( i need to make sure im in the rigth units for speed and rpm) i think rpm its angular speed second?! or tour seconde or minute, for little make a big diff i have no idea how check velocity feed back volt in running situation (hardware test)
