Multiple workfields/offset with multiple programs/gcode was created by Pampi89
Hey!
i normally use an industrial cnc but would like to build a smaller cnc for what i am currently mostly doing. Does linux cnc support the following functions/operations:
multiple working fields? ( multiple offset fields 4-6?)
can linuxcnc do a program/gcode on offset field nr1 and then another program/gcode on offset nr2 etc.. so it cycles thrue the field and works on the specified code?
or at least if it can automatically cycle thrue the offset fields with the same program/gcode?
Does also maybe linux cnc support worklists? Eg. Program 1 - 10pieces,
program 2 - 3pieces,
program 3 - 5pieces etc...
Is this a posibility with linux cnc?

linuxcmc supports G5x work offsets.
Worklists: I don't think so (might be able to use a script and axis-remote to do it) but could probably be added to a screen.
It might be helpful to tell us what control you are talking of, or a general reference.
