So you have a Mesa 7i76e and an stm32f103 somewhere connected in an unspecified manner and the variable in linuxcnc is not changing. So what. How do you expect anyone to help you with that kind of utterly incomplete problem statement?

Only partially clearer.

How did you connect stm32f103 module? What exactly does "I can see my own card ..." mean? Mesa 7i73 is smart serial protocol, not modbus, so I doubt that your modbus card shows up like a 7i73. What is "debug mode"? Debug mode of what? Your card?

Are you aware that Mesa 7i76E has 2 MPG encoder inputs and another high speed one for the spindle?
Also, you posted the same questions on another topic, makes it hard to keep up with what has already been answered, so please do not double post.
