Cutter comp and tool preview in LCNC 2.7.15

Hey everyone,

This has probably been asked before but if someone could point me in the right direction or try and answer that would be great.

What I'm looking at is in my cam software to have the tool path offset for the tool diameter there,  but in LCNC 2.7.15 have an offset for the tool if required to hit dimension using g41/42.

The issue I have at the moment is the tool preview in the axis path preview if I do it this way is so small you cannot see it, as I think this preview is set from the diameter in the tool table and my only why to do what I descided earlier is to set that diameter in the tool table so small the preview is basically nothing.

Does anyone have any links or pointers on other ways to leave the diameter in the tool table at the size of the tool and not use this as the path is offset from cam yet add some additional offset that is stored elsewhere for future use, like a tool wear column or something.

I have also read of G41.1/42.1 but am unsure how this would be stored in a file or used.

Hope all this makes sense and all, and I await any reply or information that people may be able to shead in helping me understand how to achieve what I'm looking at doing.
