Mesa 7i96s NVMPG

Hi All !
-I'm trying this NVMPG : (nvcnc.net/pdf/NVCNC_NVMPG_EN.pdf) with Mesa 7i96s.
-I can see the input signal is active in HAL when i turn the jog wheel ,but machine doesn't move.Other butons on mpg doesn't
 work as well.
-I think some HAL connections must be done to get this mpg work.
-My machine configuration is in attachment.

-All 8 cables from NVMPG are wired to the Mesa encoder input (TB2),and checked by multimeter.

NVMPG A-     >    Mesa pin 8
NVMPG A+    >   Mesa pin 7
NVMPG B-      > Mesa pin 11
NVMPG B+    > Mesa pin 10
NVMPG +5V    > Mesa pin 12
NVMPG TXD    > Mesa pin 16
NVMPG RXD   > Mesa pin 18
NVMPG GND   > Mesa pin 9
     

The 7I96S does not support the serial interface on the NVMPG so
its not going to work. If the serial interface is modbus or similar
it might be possible with the correct setup.
