Press Brake controls

Hello all, new to the forum. I am wondering if there is any pressbrake user interfaces out there? I have a Durma brake with Y1 and Y2 cylinders on the ram with a linear encoder each side along with an X and R backgauge. Has anyone ever retrofitted a machine like this with Linux? If not would it be possible to do? The servos and drivers are there, The solenoids and relays are there along with the scales, I do not like the old Cybelec control however, and do not have 25k to throw at a control upgrade.

I have a similar machine but also has Z1-Z2 for backgauges.
Something new about some gui that fits to these types of machines ?

Looking to join a thread on this topic and collaborate. Is there any progress on a Brake Press UI and a repo or something where I can use/contribute.
I'd prefer not to use a glade UI due to deprecation if possible.

I'm working on a press brake retrofit and will also soon be needing a gui for it. I originally planned to do it in glade, but have been looking at FlexGUI and am open to the idea of using that or similar instead. What do you say, we start a thread and get it rolling?
