Problem with installing LinuxCNC was created by manager12345
Hi! I don't understand what the problem is, I put LinuxCNC on a mini-computer, everything is put well and everything is correct, but as I start to run, then some system messages are shown and after that a black screen with a flashing stripe. I put it on another computer where Windows 10 is standing, everything got up well next to it, it starts and works. Tell me, please
Computer Specifications: Mini PC JuniBox X4D DDR 8gb/SSD 128gb intel celeron up to 2.3 GHz (Intel Celeron J3455 (1.5 GHz), RAM 8 GB, SSD 128 GB, Intel HD Graphics 505, Windows 11 Pro), Mini PC X4D, Black
Windows 11, if that demolished, I read that they have a conflict with the kernels.

What version of LinuxCNC?
Is it the official 2.8.4 ISO?
Can you try downloading and installing Debian 12 BookWorm on it, if it works OK, then installing LinuxCNC is as easy as
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt install linuxcnc-usapce

linuxcnc version 2.8.4. Debian 12 tried to set everything up well, I will follow your advice and do the same. But I would like to clarify, the functionality will remain the same as that of linuxcnc? Won't it be any different?

Yes, it is the same functionality, and a bit more as it is for 2.9 version of LinuxCNC.

Can you tell me then, I did as you said, but when I try to create a configuration, it is created in the linucnc folder, but it is not added to the desktop, what could be the problem?
I think that maybe the type of interface is to blame and you need to put another one and then display everything, am I thinking correctly?
