Problem tooloffset

Hello guys, I am having problems with tool compensation on a small 5-axis machine, I am using 5axiskins, for example in the tool table I put 100mm and I give it T1M6G43 in the W axis it shows me -100, I put Z- 100 and I give it Z0 followed by W0, this is where the pivot point should be at the tip of the tool but it doesn't, it doesn't change anything. What am I failing? I did not modify anything in HAL or INI. I thank you in advance for the help
