Float Switch has disabled jogging was created by JACOBH
I know this was addressed in January but my situation is a bit different.  The disable Jog setting option is disabled so i can't click to override.  The AUTO HOMING works but when we goto manaully move the plasma with either keyboard keys or on screen arrows we get "FLOAT SWITCH HAS DISABLED JOGGING".  Do you have tricks to help us resolve this issue?  Should we replace the float switch?  Thank you

You need to ensure that the float switch is not active. Is it on all the time?

If you are using PlasmaC or QtPlasmaC then there are indicators on the GUI, the indicator should only be lit when the float switch is activated.
Another option would be to use  halshow  to monitor the HAL pin directly.
