Sometimes when I try to do something for example open file, mouse cursor freeze, sometimes freeze and screen is black and worst off all freeze and back to login page.

I install everytime from here linuxcnc.org/downloads/
In video we see the problem. For example I cant homing two or more axis on the same time. Try to make for frezze and back to the login page but not lucky this time. But we see frezze couple times.
My current version  LinuxCNC 2.9.1  Debian 12 Bookworm PREEMPT-RT ISO

PC issue, not LinuxCNC issue.
How much memory does that PC have?
Is the processor overheating?
Did you run a memory check?

2GB is not enough.
For temperature, open a terminal and type
sensors
For memory, at boot hold down shift key and find memtest at the grub menu.
