Hello, I have a new 7i92tm, I've had it for about 6 hours. I knew something was wrong initially trying to make a connection. I never got it to ping with jumper 6 up or down. But recently when turning it back on it started flashing along with the cheap 5 axis Bob with the red led /DONE LED CR2 on. I pulled 5v from the 5 axis board and moved both jumpers up and still the red led is on.
the user manual isn't very clear about what to do at this point other than mentioning some sort of jtag programmer. I'm really hoping I can get this fixed but I definitely need some guidance.
can anyone help me with a suitable programer to do the job and what needs to be done?

I would first verify that the 5V power connections to P4 are secure,
the power wires are not too long and the 5V supply is within
specifications. With both IP address jumpers up you should get a flashing
/INIT LED but /DONE should extinguish immediately after power up.
A blinking /DONE LED most likely indicates a power issue.

Wow that was absolutely the problem! Just tested with it plugged directly into the pc and a different ethernet cord and got it to ping. Thank you so much!!!
I was pulling 5V off of a combination power supply and that's definitely what was causing the problem.
