[2.9.2] Lcnc seeing things again.

Still unable to make parts. Anyone else having a delusional lcnc? There is no Z (joint2) motion on Line 13. How is this possible that it won't let me run this code. It's all correct, correct tool offsets, wcs, everything is right yet it's seeing things in its own mind. 

The 'workaround' is to bring up Line 14 to Line 13, only then lcnc sees the real-world (wtf). 
e.g. N22 G17 G0 G90 X33.786 Y-23.33 Z10.

But that certainly ain't happening via postprocessing or else I'll crash this thing during the first/position motion. 
What gives?
