You can add [TRAJ] NO_FORCE_HOMING = 1 to INI to permit MDI commands (like M3 Snnn)

No running machine yet - and taking out the encoder lines and attempting to "spin" it didn't work, possibly because I can't home the machine.

Adding MAX_SPINDLE_OVERRIDE = 1.5 instead of just having MAX_SPINDLE_0_OVERRIDE =1.500000 fixed it in both.
