What is going on with the buildbot?

Looking at buildbot2.highlab.com/debian/dists/.
 

Am I interpreting this correctly that the buildbot has not been working since the end of july?

I noticed there was a message about this on the developers mailing list but apparently it has gone unanswered:

I'm not overly familiar with the buildbot infrastructure or the communication channels used by the relevant people but it looks like things might be a bit broken.

 

That was me asking on the developer's email thread. I will "bump" it, and see if it gets a reply. The docs haven't built since sometime back then too, so they are out of date.

I am not sure if Seb lost interest, or what. I do remember there was a recent email on there of someone demanding it be fixed, that sort of stuff rubs people the wrong way since this is open source/volunteer after all.

Hm, not quite sure what to think about this but the pure lack of reaction to those individual mails about broken infrastructure makes me wonder about the state of things. Seems to me that the number of mails on the developers mailing list has generally dropped substantially over the last few months and a lot of mails seem to go unanswered.

Ignore the error report with pendant stuff, it is from 2021, but it is the last clang log present on that buildbot.

I have been wondering about the state of things as well. I am unsure if it's ever been this slow before, but it seems most of the effort is in translating the docs. Which on one hand is a good thing, and on the other hand, we have other issues like being limited to 3 axis look ahead...

Unsure what to make of it really. Maybe it'll come back around...
