New minor problem

I am having a very minor problem with a routine I have use for some time with other software. That is to set the router bit a known height above the surface of the material.  I think it is just a setting that I need to change in the setup in Pnnconf for the GIU.  I have attached a PDF with a description and screen shots showing what is happening.  And the G-code that does exactly what I want.

you mix "Z" and"z" than "z      0.4" and "z0.2" ... try to adjust these spaces from z to number on ngc code .... after maybe you have not enought z spaces on negative limit (for some offset for example)  ..... you check these?

THANKS I increased the Z travel distance to 7" and that seems to have cured the problems. I did not get the errors and I an repeat the surface detection over again with out a error too.
