Yes, that is all the drive can do but does the motor actually need 4.6 amps to run his machine? My guess probably not.
I have one DM556 driver that is capable of 4A RMS maximum.
That is all.

So true about them being counterfeit!!!
I don't think anyone sells genuine leadshine drivers!
I have only ever seen counterfeits.
I don't know how Leadshine stays in business.
