Terminated with an error, I'm begging for help

I know basically nothing about code. The program will not start. It has two little lights on

Were any changes made in the machine?

If you have both Yellow LEDs illuminated, that means power is probably OK

Other possible issues:

1. Cabling from the 5I25/6I25 to the 7I76

2. 7I76 Field voltage too low (check with a voltmeter)

3.  Jumpering changed? (correct = 7I76 W1 and W3 LEFT)

4. Bad 5I25/6I25 or wrong firmware (again was anything changed?)

5. Bad 7I76

There were some electric issues due to an electric storm.
