How do you vote in the hardware survey? was created by nwallace

It says I cannot reply to the hardware survey topic in the announcements category and I can see no obvious way to vote. Am I just missing something?

I can see the poll results, but for the life of me can't see a way to vote.
Perhaps a screenshot may help some of us Luddites.

That would be correct, could it be, I guess only admins can reply to the topic, only admins can vote ?

It got to 3 now.
I also have the option to reset the vote and to change it. After changing need a refresh to be able to change again.

I, too, only see the results, the initial announcement, and a banner that says "You cannot reply to this topic". I'm not a mod either. I wonder if ability to reply is tied to ability to vote?
