Dear
I m trying to configure a 5 axis machine with W axis for the movment of the machine according to the B,C axis anglew move
the linuxcnc start normaly with no errors but the F1,F2  buttons are not working to start the machine
lcnc 2.8.4-1-gb7824717b on w
The machine works with diferent configuration normaly
Any sugestions?

Try starting LinuxCNC from the command line and see if there is any useful output in the terminal.

Also, load halshow (With Axis this is "show machine config" in the "machine" menu , as far as I recall) and check that these connections exist:
From your HAL file:
#  ---estop signals---

net estop-out     <=  iocontrol.0.user-enable-out
net estop-out     =>  iocontrol.0.emc-enable-in

The signals looks ok
Also on the WATCH tablet the virtual led for e-stop and machine enable are working fine

And you see the pin iocontrol.0.emc-enable-in toggling high?

Maybe something odd with the amp-fault pin for the W-axis?
