A homing problem... was created by nursum
Hello,
when I home my machine (with servo drives) it stop at: X=0.016mm Y=0.022mm Z= -0.019mm A=359.991 for example. The "home" and the "home offset" are both set to zero at the ini-file for all axes. When I move with G00 X10 Y10 for example, the machine goes to X=10.016mm and Y=10.022mm and not to X=10.000mm! How can I tell the machine that the zeropoint is zero and not 0.016? Maybe it is a small thing but I can't find a solution... the "home offset" have no effort.

I'd bet you have an offset in effect. In the machine menu there is one to clear offsets.

Press # ?
I think you are seeing actual feedback position rather than commanded position.
You might be able to get closer with tuning (perhaps a bit of I)

Was playing with homing lastnight, as I just got home and limit mounted on my Z axis. I had the same thing happen, and realized that it was after I touched off on my part and set coordinate to 0.0 . Had to clear my part coordinate (offset?) before the machine would home to machine Z0.0. it was under the Machine menu.

I think you might be confusing machine coordinates with relative coordinates.Had to clear my part coordinate (offset?) before the machine would home to machine Z0.0. it was under the Machine menu.
