a global replacement of 5i23 with 5i24 should work though the connector names may not match

Since pncconf doesn't know about the 5I24, at the minimum, you will need to edit the hal file to
remove the firmware token from the driver command line

I need a working SVST4_8 xml without daughter cards.
Why hostmot2-firmware-5i24 package does not exist ?

configure what you want for a 5I20 SVST4_8
exit pncconf
edit hal file and replace all "5i20" with "5I24"
delete firmware token from loadrt hm2_pci line
