I think that you might have to set up a config with something "a bit like" the 7i92 and then hand-edit the HAL file to suit.

It's not all that hard. I think you can typically just change the card name in the [HOSTMOT2] section of the generated INI file.

I suppose I'd try your first statement to start and similar following.

Configuring LinuxCNC> PncConf Wizard>Mesa 7i92 support (page 2)
Page 1 and #88723

PnCConf Wizard, Mesa Card 0, borrow 5i25, complete navigation, if develop 5i25 HAL file and make necessary edits.
Not sure which firmware to use. I could compare populated menu firmware, reference hostmot2 and .pin files and whichever resemble C11G.

Yet, I don't know if this would populate in menu of Mesa Card 0 and PnCConfg afterward.

Adequate if software corresponds to my hardware meantime.
