I am using pnc config wizard for the first time.
The attached error occurs and can't proceed further.
My boards:
7i92 pinging ok.
7i76 connected via DB25 cable through P2 connector of 7i92.
7i84 connected through RS422 of 7i96.
Please guide.

That's a locale error, there are some solutions in this thread:

Well, I tried to fix but unable.
"sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales" the en_US can not be selected.
some results attached.
"sudo nano /usr/share/i18n/supported" is complete blank.
It seems the locales packages are not there, to be installed.
but how to proceed?

locale issue is fixed.
"sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales" the en_US is to be selected by "space" bar and I being a novice, tried million times with enter button.

Cr1 LED on 7i76 is off. But 24V power connected in pin 1 to 4 on TB3.
unfortunately the W2 jumper was in left position when TB3 power was provided. Did that made any famage?? If yes, how to check?

The only place 24V should be applied to a 7I76 is TB1 or the field inputs on TB5 and TB6
If you applied 24V to TB3 the card and possibly connected cards are likely damaged.
You need two yellow lights on a 7I76 before communications are possible (5V and VIN)
CR1 is the 5V indicator. If CR1 is not illuminated you are not supplying 5V power to the 7I76
7I76 5V power can be supplied externally (TB3 pins 21..24) or VIA the FPGA card
If 5V is applied externally, 7I76 W2 must be in the RIGHT hand position and the
7I92 must be jumped to NOT supply power to the 7I76 (7I92 W4 DOWN)
If you wish to power the 7I76 5V from the 7I92, you need to set 7I76 W2
to the LEFT hand position and 7I92 W4 UP

Actually I had connected to TB1, 24VDC to pin 1 to 4.
And luckily I had not connected power to TB3.
Now W2 jumper set to right, TB3 5VDC conncted to 21 to 24.
Now it is working fine.
