I just checked but could not see any config for Gmoccapy with pyngcgui. I tested all the others.
When was it pushed?

The actual version is gmoccapy 0.9.6 you can look for the version you get in the title bar.
There should be two INI files for pyngcgui.
pyngcgui_gmoccapy.ini
pyngcgui_gmoccapy_with_popupkeyboard.ini
This INIS does not come from my hand. They came from the pyngc developer.

I did the following and get an error: I copied the gmoccapy.glade, gmoccapy_handler.py, gmocca_handler.pyc to my config. I also changed the gscreen call to this:- DISPLAY = gscreen -c gmoccapy -d.
Down the bottom of the dump there is a line that says "unknown Axis 4" I attached the error file.

I have not seen your hal File, I do hope that the error is there,
You have an error in your ini file, there is not widget notebook_main, it must be named ntb_main.
And you have a base thread of 0, plase try with 10000
Please check your hal file.

My HAL file works with Gscreen but I attached it anyway. I copied the example code into my INI file as is. The error is still the same.

I think the problem is with the hidden preferences config file not being the latest etc , open the settings page in gmoccapy and then exit and restart , so it re-saves the newer format

the error image is showing only one of the 5 errors witch are launched? Am I correct, I need the last one to go on.
I am verry surprised, because your version does throw the error "unknown axis 4"
This message should come normaly from gmoccapy, but I have not include such a message ???
Please start gmoccapy.ini from sim and look about the version, I am sure, you have mixed something around.
Does gmoccapy_4_axis.ini load without an error?
Have you Tried to start your config, just with 3 axis?
